Index Construction Group was started by Michael Perfetti, a lifelong Southern California resident who grew up around job sites and learned the trade from the ground up. What began as a small crew taking on renovations has grown into one of the most trusted residential construction firms in the region — a team of builders, project managers, and craftspeople who share a deep commitment to quality.

Over the years, we have completed custom homes and major renovations across Southern California. Every project has reinforced the same lesson: great construction is about more than materials and timelines. It is about earning trust, communicating clearly, and caring about the details long after the final walkthrough.

Today, Index Construction Group remains a hands-on operation at its core. We still answer our own phones, walk every job site daily, and treat each home as if it were our own. That philosophy is what sets us apart — and what keeps our clients coming back.
