How do you handle changes during construction?

Do you provide warranties?

Yes. We stand behind our work with a comprehensive warranty that covers structural elements for ten years and workmanship for two years. Additionally, all manufacturer warranties on materials, appliances, and systems are passed through to you with full documentation.

How do I track progress on my project?

You will receive detailed weekly progress reports that include photos, completed milestones, upcoming tasks, and a current budget summary. Your dedicated project manager is also available by phone or email throughout the week for any questions that come up between reports.
